Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Call Beast website and service, operated by Car Leads 360 Inc.

Last updated

1. These terms

Call Beast is a product operated by Car Leads 360 Inc. Call Beast is a product name and brand, not a separate legal entity. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Car Leads 360 Inc., and “you” means the person or business using this website or the Call Beast service.

By using this website or the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use either. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

If your business has a separate written agreement with us for the service, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

2. The Call Beast service

Call Beast is software that gives a business an AI phone agent. It is designed to answer calls on a business’s phone line, hold a spoken conversation using the greeting, instructions and business knowledge the business provides, qualify the caller, transfer the call to a person when the business’s rules call for it, and leave the business a recording, a transcript and a summary of the call. Where these features are enabled, it can also book appointments during a call, place follow-up calls to the business’s own contacts, and send appointment notifications.

This website is informational. It describes what Call Beast is designed to do and how to reach us. You cannot create an account, buy anything or submit data through a form on this website. No part of this site is an offer to sell.

3. Private beta and availability

Call Beast is in private beta. It is not generally available. Features described on this site describe the product we are building; they may change substantially, may be delayed, and may not ship at all. We do not commit to any release date, uptime level, feature set or result.

Access to the beta is granted at our discretion, is limited, and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time. The service may be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance, and it depends on networks and providers we do not control.

4. Accounts

Call Beast is offered to businesses, not to consumers, and is currently offered to businesses in United States and Canada. If you have an account, you are responsible for:

  • Giving us accurate information about you and your business, and keeping it up to date
  • Keeping your sign-in details confidential, and for what is done through your account, including by the people you give access to
  • Telling us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization
  • Providing the business verification information we ask for before certain features can be used

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website or the service in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others
  • Use the service to harass, deceive or defraud anyone, or to call or message people who have not agreed to it where their agreement is required
  • Remove, disguise or work around the service’s disclosures, opt-out handling, calling limits or other safeguards
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, the service or any system connected to them
  • Interfere with their availability, including by automated overloading
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any business

6. Responsibilities of businesses using the service

If your business uses Call Beast on a phone line, you are responsible for how it is configured and for the calls it handles or places. In particular you are responsible for:

  • Determining what the law requires of your calls and messages, including any rules on recording, monitoring, caller notice, automated voice systems, marketing calls, text messages and calling hours, and configuring the service accordingly
  • Obtaining and maintaining any consent your use of the service requires
  • Honouring opt-out and do-not-call requests that your business receives
  • The contact lists, calling windows and limits you configure for any follow-up campaign
  • The accuracy of the greetings, instructions, business knowledge and transfer rules you configure
  • Making sure a person is reachable when your configuration promises a caller one

Call Beast is not an emergency service. It must not be configured as, or relied on as, a way to place or receive emergency calls, and it is not a substitute for contacting emergency services directly.

We do not represent that the service, in any particular configuration, satisfies the laws that apply to your calls or messages. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

7. Communications

We may send account holders email that is part of running the service, such as verification, security, billing and service notices.

People who call a business that uses Call Beast, or whom that business has set the service to call, speak with an automated AI assistant, and the calls it handles are recorded. The assistant is designed to say both of these things at the start of the call. With a person’s consent, appointment text messages may be sent as described in the SMS Terms below. Our Privacy Policy explains how the information involved is handled.

8. SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages that Call Beast sends on behalf of a business that uses it. They apply to you if you agree to receive those messages.

What the messages are

When you book an appointment by phone with a business that uses Call Beast, and text messaging is enabled for that business, you may be asked whether you would like to receive text messages about that appointment. If you agree, Call Beast may send you messages about it on that business’s behalf, to the phone number you called from. Your consent covers:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Rescheduling notices
  • Cancellation notices

Each message names the business it is sent for. For example:

[Business Name]: your appointment is confirmed for Wed, Oct 14 at 2:30 PM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

These are the only messages this consent covers. They are transactional: each one is about an appointment you booked. They are not marketing: we do not use this consent to send advertising or promotional messages. A message for any other purpose would need its own, separate consent that meets the rules for that purpose.

Consent is optional

SMS consent is optional. Consent to SMS is not required to book or manage an appointment, and it is not a condition of buying anything. If you decline, your appointment is not affected.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on your appointments.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan, not from us.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages from that business. You can do this at any time, and you may receive one last message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or write to us at gocallbeast@gmail.com.

The messages are notifications only. Replying to one does not confirm, cancel or reschedule an appointment; to change an appointment, contact the business directly.

Carriers and privacy

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the phone number, consent records and opt-out records behind these messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent is asked for aloud, during the phone call in which the appointment is booked. No text message is sent to a person unless the Call Beast assistant has first asked them this question and they have said yes:

Would you like to receive text messages from [Business Name] powered by Call Beast about this appointment, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and cancellation updates? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can review our Terms of Service at gocallbeast.com/terms and our Privacy Policy at gocallbeast.com/privacy. Do you agree to receive these text messages? Please say yes or no.

“[Business Name]” is replaced by the name of the business you are booking with. After the question is asked:

  • Consent is recorded only after an explicit affirmative response, such as “yes”. Silence, an unclear answer or “no” is treated as no consent, and no text messages are sent.
  • Consent is optional.
  • Declining SMS does not prevent appointment booking or management.
  • Consent covers text messages about that appointment, sent to the phone number you called from.
  • When consent is given, we record the phone number, the date and time, the call on which it was given, the appointment it relates to and the version of the question that was asked.

10. Fees and billing

Nothing is sold through this website, and prices are not published while Call Beast is in private beta.

Where your business buys a plan or usage credits in the Call Beast application, the price is shown to you before you pay, and the payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

The service runs on prepaid credits, which are used up as the service is used, for example by call time and by phone numbers. If your credits run out, the service may stop handling calls, including a call that is in progress.

Any other commercial terms, including refunds, are those we agree with your business in writing or show you at the time of purchase.

11. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties, including telephone and messaging carriers, cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers and a payment processor. Interruptions, changes or failures at those providers can affect the service, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

12. Intellectual property

Call Beast, the Call Beast name and mark, and the content of this website are owned by Car Leads 360 Inc. or used with permission. You may read and share this site, but you may not copy it, present it as your own, or use our name or branding to suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service at any time, including where these terms are not followed, where we are required to, or where continuing would put other people or the service at risk.

When access ends, your right to use the service ends. Our Privacy Policy describes what happens to the information we hold. Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends, including the disclaimers, the limitation of liability and the indemnity, continue to apply.

14. No warranty

This website and the service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output, summary or transcription will be accurate or complete.

Output produced by an AI system can be wrong. Summaries and captured details are intended for human review, and should not be treated as a verbatim record of a call.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Leads 360 Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, arising out of or relating to this website or the service, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Car Leads 360 Inc. harmless from claims, losses and costs arising out of your use of this website or the service, your configuration of the service, the calls and messages your business places, sends or receives through it, or your breach of these terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the site or the service after that means you accept the revised terms.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms go to gocallbeast@gmail.com, or see our Contact page. The responsible company is Car Leads 360 Inc., which operates Call Beast.
