User Data Deletion
How to ask Car Leads 360 Inc. to delete personal information processed by Call Beast.
Last updated:
1. About this page
Call Beast is a product operated by Car Leads 360 Inc. Call Beast is a product name and brand, not a separate legal entity. On this page, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Car Leads 360 Inc.
You can ask us to delete personal information that Call Beast processes about you. This page explains how to make that request, what to send us and what happens next. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
You do not need a Call Beast account, and you do not need to sign in to anything, to make a request.
2. Information a request can cover
Depending on how you have dealt with Call Beast, a deletion request may cover:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Lead and contact information, such as the details a business holds about you as a lead or contact
- Account information, such as the sign-in and business details of a Call Beast account
- Communications and call-related records, such as call recordings, transcripts, summaries and messages
- Meta-connected data, where a Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp connection was used. See Meta / Facebook Data below.
These are examples of what a request may cover, not a statement that we hold every item about you. What we hold depends on how you, or a business that uses Call Beast, used the service.
3. How to submit a deletion request
Send your request by email to gocallbeast@gmail.com. It is the address published on our Contact page, and the one we use for privacy requests.
Please use the subject line “Call Beast data deletion request”. The link above fills it in for you, along with a short list of the details we need.
Requests are made by email only. There is no form on this website, and nothing to submit here.
4. What to include
Give us enough to find the information you are asking about:
- Your full name
- The email address and phone number the information is likely to be held under
- If you have a Call Beast account, the email address you sign in with and the name of your business
- If a business that uses Call Beast contacted you or collected your details, the name of that business
- What you want deleted: everything we hold about you, or particular information
- Whether your request relates to a Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp connection
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys or other secrets. We do not need them to handle a deletion request, and we will not ask you for them.
5. Verifying your identity
Before we delete anything, we may need to confirm that the request really comes from you, or from someone authorized to act for you. This protects people against deletion requests made by someone else.
We may ask you to write from the email address the information is held under, or to confirm details we already hold. If we cannot verify a request we may not be able to act on it, and we will tell you so.
6. What happens to your information
Once a request has been verified, we delete the personal information that qualifies, or de-identify it so that it no longer identifies you, as appropriate.
Some information may need to be kept where there is a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or compliance reason to keep it. Where that applies, we will tell you what we need to keep. The Retention section of our Privacy Policy says more about what is kept.
If a business that uses Call Beast holds your information, for example because it called you, sent you a message or keeps you as a contact, that business decides what is collected and why, and we process the information on its behalf. We will pass your request on to that business rather than act on it ourselves. You can also contact the business directly.
7. Meta / Facebook Data
If you connected a Meta or Facebook account to Call Beast, for example by linking a WhatsApp Business account, you can ask us to delete the data we obtained through that connection. Use the same request process described on this page, and tell us that your request relates to a Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp connection.
If you exchanged WhatsApp messages with a business that uses Call Beast for its WhatsApp messaging, you can make a request in the same way. Because that business decides how those messages are used, we will pass your request on to it, as described under “What happens to your information” above.
Depending on what was connected, that data can include identifiers for the connected account and information received through it, such as messages and the contact details that came with them.
Disconnecting Call Beast from your Meta, Facebook or WhatsApp Business account does not by itself delete data that we already hold. To have that data deleted, send us a request as described above.
This page covers information we hold in connection with Call Beast. Information that Meta itself holds about you is handled under Meta’s own terms and settings, not by us.
8. Privacy Policy and contact
Our Privacy Policy describes how Call Beast handles information, why, and what is kept.
Questions about this page, or about a request you have made, go to gocallbeast@gmail.com, or see our Contact page. The responsible company is Car Leads 360 Inc., which operates Call Beast.
