What it does

An agent with the skills a real business line needs

Every capability below is in the product today. Each one is described the way it actually works.

  • AI call answering

Answers inside the hours you set, whether that is after closing, during busy stretches, or around the clock. Outside those hours callers hear your closed message.

  • Lead qualification

Works from the goal and instructions you write, then labels each caller hot, warm, cold or unqualified with a summary of why.

  • Transfers to your team

Route callers to a person on a schedule you control. If nobody picks up, the caller hears the message you wrote instead of a dead line.

  • Business knowledge

Give the agent your services, hours, locations and policies as text, links or files, so it answers the questions your callers actually ask.

  • Summaries, transcripts and recordings

See what happened on every call without listening to it: a short summary, the sentiment, the full transcript and the recording, all searchable.

  • Outbound campaigns

Place follow-up, qualification, sales and survey calls to contacts you already have a relationship with, many at a time, inside limits you set.

  • Calling controls

Calling windows by time zone, daily caps, retry rules, a do-not-call list, spoken opt-out handling and an audit trail are built in.

  • Webhooks and API

Signed webhooks fire when a call completes or a lead qualifies, and a REST API lets your own systems read the data.

How it works

Three steps from a missed call to a handled one

No new phone system and nothing to install. Set the agent up, point a number at it, and read the record afterwards.

  1. Greeting

Thanks for calling. You are speaking with an automated assistant…

    Step 01

    Build your AI agent

Write the greeting and instructions, then give it your business knowledge: text, web pages and files about your services, hours and policies.

  1. Call Beast

Thanks for calling. You are speaking with an automated assistant. How can I help?

  2. Caller

Hi, my AC stopped working. Do you have anyone available tomorrow?

  3. Call Beast

I can help with that. Is the property inside the city, and is anyone without cooling right now?

  4. Caller

Yes, we are in the city, and it is hot in here.

  5. Call Beast

Understood. I have noted this as urgent. What is the best number for a callback, and does the morning work?

  6. Caller

This number is fine. Morning works.

Simulated conversation. Not a recording of a real customer call.

Human handoff

Routine calls handled. Important ones handed to a person.

Call Beast is built to take the calls that do not need a human and to recognise the ones that do. When a caller asks for a person, when the conversation leaves the script, or when your rules say so, it transfers.

  1. Customer

Calls your number with a question, a job, or an emergency.

  2. Call Beast

Answers, discloses it is automated, qualifies, and answers what it knows.

  3. Your team

Takes the transfer when it matters, and gets the record when it does not.

  • The caller asks for a person
  • The conversation leaves what the agent was told to handle
  • Your transfer schedule says a person is available
  • Nobody answers: the caller hears your fallback message

Inbound and outbound

Answers the calls you get. Places the calls you owe.

One agent, both directions. Outbound stays inside the windows, caps and lists you configure.

Inbound

Calls that come to you.

  • Answer customer calls inside the hours you set
  • Greet callers and disclose that the assistant is automated
  • Answer common questions from your business knowledge
  • Qualify the caller and capture the reason for the call
  • Transfer to a person on your schedule
  • Play your closed message after hours

Outbound

Calls you place to people you already know.

  • Follow up with leads who asked to hear from you
  • Run qualification, sales, support and survey campaigns
  • Call inside time-zone-aware calling windows
  • Respect daily caps, retry limits and your do-not-call list
  • Honour spoken opt-outs on the call itself
  • Keep a consent and audit trail for every attempt

Connections

Get call data where your team already works

Every handled call produces a record. These are the ways it can leave Call Beast today.

Calendar, CRM and automation-platform connections are not available yet. Webhooks and the API are the way to move call data into them today.

  • Signed webhooks

call.completed, lead.qualified and campaign events, signed so your endpoint can verify them.

  • REST API

API keys for reading calls, leads and campaigns from your own systems.

  • SIP trunking

Connect the phone system you already run instead of moving numbers.

  • WhatsApp messaging

Conversations alongside calls through the WhatsApp Business platform.

Who it is for

Built for the businesses that answer the phone for a living

The same agent, configured for very different front desks. Each card describes an outcome the product is built to deliver, not a promise about results.

  • Home services

Answer while technicians are on jobs, qualify the problem, capture the address and urgency, and get emergencies to the on-call line.

  • Automotive

Take service and sales calls when the desk is busy, note the vehicle and the request, and hand a summarised lead to the right person.

  • Real estate

Respond to listing enquiries immediately, capture what the caller is looking for, and transfer serious buyers while they are on the line.

  • Agencies

Run follow-up and qualification campaigns for clients inside their calling windows, with a record of every attempt.

  • Clinics and dental offices

Cover the front desk during peaks, capture callback requests, and transfer anything urgent to staff. Not a source of medical advice.

  • Professional services

Give every first-time caller a considered answer, qualify the matter, and let your team return calls with the context already written down.

In plain terms

What Call Beast is, and what it is not

Every line below traces to a capability or a status fact on this page. Nothing here is a promise about results.

It is

  • An AI phone agent that answers inbound calls and places configured outbound calls
  • Built to qualify callers against the goal and instructions you write
  • Built to transfer to a person on request, when a call leaves scope, or on your schedule
  • Built to leave a summary, transcript and recording for every handled call
  • In private beta, with access granted case by case

It is not

  • A replacement for your calendar: appointments are kept in its built-in appointment system and are not copied to outside calendars yet
  • A phone system or CRM replacement: it handles conversations and hands the data on
  • A guarantee of legal or regulatory compliance: your business stays responsible for consent and calling rules
  • Self-serve software: there is no sign-up, no pricing page and nothing sold on this site
  • Generally available yet

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI phone agent?

Software that answers or places phone calls and holds a spoken conversation on your behalf. Call Beast follows the greeting, instructions and business knowledge you give it, tells callers it is automated, and hands the call to a person when your rules say so.

Can Call Beast use my existing phone number?

You can get a number from Call Beast, bring a number you already hold, or connect a SIP trunk from the phone system you run. Number porting is not offered during the beta; ask us about your setup and we will tell you what works.

Can it transfer calls to a real person?

Yes. You set transfer routes with a destination, hours and a time zone. When a caller asks for a person or the conversation leaves scope, the call is handed to that line. If nobody answers, the caller hears the fallback message you wrote.

Can it schedule appointments?

Yes. Call Beast can book and manage appointments through its built-in appointment system when appointment booking is enabled for an agent. The agent books the time during an inbound call once the caller confirms it, and your team can reschedule or cancel appointments in Call Beast afterwards. It does not connect to outside calendars or CRMs yet.

Can it answer calls after hours?

Yes. Each number has its own weekly hours and time zone. Set them to cover evenings, weekends or all day. Outside those hours callers hear the closed message you wrote.

Can I customise what the AI says?

You write the greeting, the instructions and the goal, and you add the business knowledge it draws on. The one fixed line is the disclosure that the caller is speaking with an automated assistant.

What happens when the AI does not know something?

It stays inside its instructions rather than guessing. It tells the caller it cannot help with that, offers a transfer where you have configured one, and notes the question in the summary so a person can follow up.

Can I review calls and transcripts?

Yes. Every handled call has a summary, a sentiment, a qualification label, the full transcript and the recording, and you can search across them.

How quickly can I set it up?

During the beta, setup starts with an email conversation about your business and the calls you want handled. Configuring an agent, a number and a transfer route takes about as long as writing them down. We do not publish setup-time figures.

What does it cost?

Pricing is not published during the private beta and nothing is sold through this website. Ask us and we will explain how access works.
