Call Beast is operated by Car Leads 360 Inc. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Call Beast website and the Call Beast service.

1. Who this policy covers
Call Beast is a product operated by Car Leads 360 Inc. Call Beast is a product name and brand, not a separate legal entity. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Car Leads 360 Inc.
This policy covers three groups of people:
- Visitors to this website. The public pages you are reading now.
- Business customers. Businesses that use the Call Beast service, an AI phone agent that answers and places calls for them, and the people on their teams. The service is currently in private beta.
- Callers and message recipients. People who call, are called by, or receive an appointment text message from a business that uses Call Beast.
2. Information collected through this website
This website is a set of static informational pages. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. There is no contact form, no account registration and no payment collection anywhere on this site.
Our hosting provider records standard server request information - such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp - as part of serving and protecting the site. We use this only to keep the site available and secure.
3. Information you send us by email
If you email the address published on our Contact page, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, your email address, your business details and the content of your message. We use it to respond to you and to evaluate beta access requests. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Account and business information
When a business uses Call Beast, we collect the information its people give us to set up and run the account:
- The names and email addresses of the people who sign in, and their passwords, which we store as hashes rather than in readable form
- Business details, such as the business name, contact email, phone number, address, time zone and opening hours
- Business verification information. Before certain features can be used, such as placing outbound calls or registering to send text messages, we ask for details and documents that confirm who the business is. Depending on the feature, these can include its legal name, tax identification number, address, website, the name and contact details of an authorized representative, identity or registration documents, and a record of who confirmed the details.
- What the business sets up in the service: greetings, instructions, the business knowledge it uploads, transfer rules, calling windows, and contact lists with names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names and time zones
We use this information to provide the service, to verify the business, to keep accounts secure and to send account-related email.
5. Call information
When a business uses Call Beast on its phone line, the service handles calls on that line, whether a call comes in or is one the business has set the service to place. For those calls we process:
- The calling and called telephone numbers, and the time, duration and outcome of the call
- A recording of the call. Call Beast is designed to record the calls it answers or places, and to tell the caller so at the start of the call. If a call is transferred to a person at the business, the recording continues for the rest of the call.
- A transcript of what was said, and a written summary, a sentiment label and a lead qualification label generated from it
- Details a caller gives during the call, such as a name, contact details or the reason for calling
- Records about whether a business may call someone: a request not to be called again, which is added to that business’s do-not-call list, any consent to be called that the business has recorded, and a log of call attempts
We process this information to provide the service to the business customer: answering or placing the call, capturing what the caller says, producing the record of the call, and transferring the call to a person when the business’s rules call for it. Recordings are held by our telephone service provider. Transcripts, summaries, the other call details and the audio generated for the assistant’s side of a call are held in the Call Beast application.
6. Appointment information
Where appointment booking is turned on for a business, the Call Beast assistant can book an appointment during a call. For that appointment we store the date and time, the name the caller gives, the phone number the call came from and, if the caller gives one, the reason for the appointment. A business can also enter and manage appointments itself, including a customer’s name, phone number, email address and notes.
Appointments are kept in the Call Beast application for that business. Where appointment notifications are turned on, we use these details to send appointment messages on the business’s behalf: by email or, with the consent described in the next section, by text message.
7. Text messages (SMS), consent and opt-outs
Where text messaging is enabled for a business, Call Beast may send appointment text messages on that business’s behalf to people who have agreed to receive them. The SMS Terms in our Terms of Service describe the messages, how consent is asked for and how to opt out. For these messages we process:
- Mobile phone number. The number the messages are sent to, which is the number you called from when you booked.
- Consent records. A record that you agreed to receive text messages: the phone number, the date and time, the call on which you agreed, the appointment and business it relates to, and the version of the question you were asked.
- Opt-out records. If you reply STOP or another opt-out keyword, or later opt back in, a record of the phone number, the business concerned, what you asked for and when.
- Message records. For each message we send, the phone numbers, the time, the kind of message and its delivery status. For each reply we receive, the phone numbers, the time and whether it was an opt-out, opt-in or help keyword.
We use SMS consent data only to provide the messaging service you asked for and to maintain compliance records: to send the appointment messages you agreed to, to honour opt-outs, and to be able to show when and how consent was given.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, other than the providers that deliver the messages for us, and never for marketing. To deliver a message, the phone number and the text of the message pass through our messaging provider and the mobile carriers.
We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as we need them as compliance records. They are kept after the appointment has passed, and after the business concerned stops using Call Beast, so that there remains a record of the consent that was given and of any opt-out.
8. Payment and billing information
Nothing is sold, and no payment is taken, through this website. Where a business buys a plan or usage credits inside the Call Beast application, the payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor, on a checkout page that Stripe hosts. We do not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes or card expiry dates.
We send Stripe the purchaser’s email address and the details of the purchase. We keep a record of each transaction: what was bought, the amount and currency, the date, its status, and the reference identifiers Stripe gives us for the customer and the payment.
9. Usage and technical data
When someone uses the Call Beast application, we process the technical information needed to run it and keep it secure: sign-in session cookies, IP address, browser user agent, and logs of requests and of security-relevant actions such as administrative changes.
The application uses only the cookies needed to keep a person signed in, to remember preferences such as language, currency and theme, and to show one-time messages. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives the IP address and browser details of the device when a page loads. This website, by contrast, serves its own typeface and makes no such request.
10. Third-party integrations, including Meta
Where a business customer authorizes Call Beast to connect to a third-party service that it uses, Call Beast may process information received through that authorized integration, including through Meta services such as Facebook and WhatsApp where applicable.
Depending on the integration and on what the business has authorized, that information may include:
- Contact information, such as a name and phone number
- Lead and contact records
- Messaging information, such as the content, time and delivery status of messages sent or received through the connected service
- Other information the business has authorized Call Beast to access
That information can concern people who deal with the business through the connected service, for example someone who sends it a message.
We use this information only to provide the functionality the business has asked for, such as customer communication, lead follow-up, messaging, automation, analytics and related services. As with the other information described in this policy, that business decides what is collected and why, and we process it on the business’s behalf.
Integrations are introduced over time and are not all available to every business. Call Beast receives information through an integration only after the business has authorized the connection. Messages sent or received through a connected Meta service pass through Meta’s platform, and information that Meta itself holds is handled under Meta’s own terms.
Disconnecting an integration, including a Meta integration, does not necessarily delete information we already hold. To ask for it to be deleted, follow the steps on our User Data Deletion page, or write to the address in the Contact section below.
11. Our role, and the business you dealt with
For information about callers, contacts, appointments and message recipients, the business customer decides what is collected and why. That business is the controller of the information; we process it on the business’s behalf in order to provide the service.
If you were a caller or received a message and you want to know how your information is used, or you want it corrected or deleted, contact the business you dealt with. You can also write to us and we will pass your request on to that business.
12. Service providers
We use other companies to operate the service. Each receives the information needed for the job it does for us:
- Twilio, for telephone service, call recording, speech recognition and text message delivery. It carries the calls and messages, so it handles phone numbers, call audio, recordings and message text. When a business registers to send text messages, we also give Twilio that business’s verification details so that it can be registered with the mobile carriers.
- OpenAI, for the language model that produces the assistant’s replies during a call and the summary afterwards. It receives the text of the conversation, the business’s instructions and business knowledge, the name and company of a person the business has set the service to call and, in some cases, a call recording to transcribe.
- ElevenLabs, for speech synthesis. It receives the text the assistant is about to say.
- Stripe, for payment processing, as described above.
- An email delivery provider, for account, billing and appointment email
- Cloud hosting providers, which run the application, its database and this website
These are the providers we use as of the date above, and the list may change. Some of them use sub-processors of their own. A business customer can also send its own call information to its own systems using the webhooks and API the service provides; what happens to it there is that business’s responsibility.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
13. Call recording, disclosure and consent
Laws on recording calls, notifying callers, and contacting people by phone or text message differ between jurisdictions and change over time. Call Beast is designed to open each call by telling the caller that they are speaking with an automated AI assistant and that the call is being recorded, to act on a caller’s request not to be called again, and to let a business set the hours in which follow-up calls are placed.
Business customers are responsible for determining what their own calls and messages require, for configuring the service accordingly, and for obtaining any consent their use requires. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here is a representation that a particular configuration satisfies a particular law.
14. Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service to the business customer, and afterwards for as long as we need it for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations and compliance records.
We have not yet set fixed, automatic deletion periods for call records, recordings, transcripts or appointments. They are kept until we delete them. A business cannot yet delete its own call records or recordings from within the service: write to us, and we will remove what we can and tell you what we need to keep.
Closing a business’s account does not by itself remove everything connected with it. In particular:
- Recordings held by our telephone service provider have to be deleted separately
- Files the business uploaded, such as verification documents, have to be removed separately
- The sign-in records of the business’s users are deactivated rather than erased
- Payment transaction records and the log of administrative actions are kept
- Text message consent and opt-out records are kept as compliance records, as described above
Email correspondence is kept while it remains relevant to our relationship with you.
15. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. They include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website and to the Call Beast application, passwords stored as hashes, encryption of certain sensitive items we hold such as provider credentials and tax identification numbers, access controls that keep each business’s information separate from other businesses’, and checks that requests claiming to come from our telephone and payment providers are genuine.
Authorized members of our team can access account and call information, including recordings and transcripts, when that is needed to operate, support and secure the service. No service can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
16. Your choices and requests
- Text messages. Agreeing to text messages is optional. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Phone calls. You can tell the assistant during a call that you do not want to be called again.
- Your information. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on our Contact page. Our User Data Deletion page explains how to make a deletion request. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights.
Where a request concerns information belonging to a business customer, we will route it to that customer rather than act on it ourselves. We may need to keep some records, such as text message consent and opt-out records, as evidence of your choices.
17. Children
Call Beast is a product for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, write to us and we will delete it.
18. Where we operate
Car Leads 360 Inc. operates from the United States and currently serves businesses in United States and Canada. Information is processed in the United States and in the other places where our service providers operate.
19. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and we will change the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting business customers will also be communicated to them directly.
